For your convenience, a courtesy room block has been secured at Thompson Dallas Hotel.
If cancellations are made within 72 hours of the event, attendees will only be eligible for a refund of your ticket price less $35.00. If a registered member is unable to attend, a guest may attend in their place; however, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference in ticket price at the door.
